Join us for food, drink and fun as Athletic Mentors Triathlon coaches offer instruction for all abilities to help you conquer your next triathlon. TRI 101 will be offered for our newbies, while more advanced triathletes can participate in TRI 202, a participatory segment teaching you how to get stronger for each of the three disciplines. Come dressed and prepared to participate in a gym workout!
