Member Meeting-Athletic Mentors/Richland Gym

October's member only  meeting is at Athletic Mentors Richland Gym 

Topic is on the off season. The coaches will go in depth on what your off season should look like.

There will be a presentation, discussion and we will be doing workouts together if you want to, so wear or bring workout clothes. They will hand out a copy of workouts out to all. 

We'll have some snacks for you.
